Abstracts for the European Geothermal Congress 2013 in Pisa are coming in on a constant basis (in fact, much increasing over the last days).
With the deadline of Friday, 30th November approaching, we want to inform you in time that there will be a period for late abstracts to be submitted after this Friday. So if you have troubles in finishing your contribution by tomorrow, do not worry, and submit on the website until the weekend of 8/9 December. After that weekend, the submission tool will be switched off definitely, and the evaluation by the Scientific Committee take place.
Some additional information: this deadline does not concern the country updates. Potential authors will be contacted by the secretariat the next days with an invitation and more details. If you are interested, there is still the option to express your interest in an email to the secretariat.
The Scientific Committee also reserves the right to solicit, at a later stage, additional papers or keynote lectures as seem appropriate to guarantee the best program possible!
We hope the deadline for late abstracts will accommodate for all needs of extension. If your abstract is finished already, please send it now, and do not wait to the very end. The staff sorting the submissions into the review system will appreciate it!
