GeoDH project was officially kicked-off on April 17th 2012 with one and a half days long kick-off meeting at the Renewable Energy House in Brussels. The partners presented their organisations, vocalised their expectations for the project and discussed issues related to project coordination, implementation, potential of geothermal DH, regulations of Geothermal DH systems, identifying national market barriers, financing solutions, best practices and training activities as well as disseminating the project. The project partners were also joined by EACI’s representatives and their recommendations, expectations and useful tips were taken into account. The meeting was concluded with a discussion and an agreement on the next steps within the project.
